Overdues

Overdue email notices are sent automatically by the System Manager. There are three levels of overdue notices as well as a reminder notice that can be sent before the overdue notices go out. Staff can print overdue notices for those transactions that do not include a valid email address for sending emails, and staff can manually resend overdue emails using an email routing rule. In addition, staff can reset the last overdue notice value so that the System Manager will resend a notice to the user.
