Reviewing Pending and Failed Emails

You can view pending and failed emails from the Outgoing Notifications screen.

  1. From the ILLiad main screen, double-click on Outgoing Notifications in the System group.
  2. To see Failed email notifications, click on the Failed E-mails tab.
  3. To see Pending email notifications, click on the Pending E-mails tab.
  4. These screens will display a list of notifications. There are a few options here:
    1. Select a specific notification from the list and click Cancel Notification. This will cancel the sending of the notification.
    2. Select a specific notification from the list and click Resend Notification. This will attempt to resend the notification.
    3. Click Resend All Notifications. This will attempt to resend all notifications in the list.
